Dear Jane, I am presently working on my fourth hooking project from JMAC, and am pleased to be able to report on the pleasure this hobby has given me. I have found the directions clear and succinct. If a person can count and is not colour blind, the charts are easily followed. The wool is comfortable to work with and the colours bright and clear; the dye lots seem to remain true from batch to batch so that left over wool can be used in the next project. You, the company owner, are very obliging in working out the tartans for the many Scottish clans. You will, on demand, design a pattern to suit any decor or will work out a pattern small enough to fit a cushion cover or big enough for a very large rug. Everything needed to complete a project is included in the kit; i.e. wool, wool cutter, hook, canvas, pattern, directions, binding tape, thread, as well as 'good will'. If one has a problem, the answer is at the other end of the telephone line or fax. I am suitably impressed by the speed at which my order was filled and the willingness to change one of the colours if desired, as well as the furnishing of additional supplies, if needed. I am, as you can see, a SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Good hooking, Phyllis Rahilly 312 Putney Ave., ST. Lambert, Quebec J4P 3B6 450 672-1623 | |
